What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run our business. When you contact us, that means your name, email address, any organization you mention, and the contents of your message. When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics providers may log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to enquiries, deliver and improve our services, meet our legal and contractual obligations, and understand how the site is used so we can make it better. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, for example our email, hosting, and analytics vendors, and only as needed for them to perform that work. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described here, to comply with our legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at info@foliotech.ca.
