We do the work most consultants only advise on.
Folio was built on a simple frustration: strategy decks that no one could execute, and software builds that solved the wrong problem. We close that gap by owning both ends: the diagnosis and the delivery.

Folio is a technical consulting firm working with enterprises across North America. We started in 2019 after years spent watching capable businesses get failed by their technology partners, handed expensive recommendations with no one to execute them, or sold software that ignored how the work actually happens.
Our focus is deliberate. We work with construction firms, manufacturers, agencies, media and publishing businesses, and the field-services companies that keep the physical economy running. These are operationally complex businesses that the technology industry tends to overlook, which is exactly why the opportunity is so large.
We're a small, senior team by design. We'd rather take on fewer engagements and be genuinely accountable for each than staff a large bench and disappear behind it. When you hire Folio, the people who scope the work are the people who do it.
Four things we don't compromise on.
We earn the recommendation
We tell you what we'd do with our own money, including when that means doing less than you asked. Trust is the whole business.
Senior people, on the work
The person who scopes your engagement is the person who delivers it. No bait-and-switch to a junior bench after the contract is signed.
Adoption is the deliverable
Software that ships but doesn't get used is a failure with good documentation. We measure success by what your team actually does differently.
Plain language, real numbers
No jargon to hide behind, no estimates we can't defend. You'll always know what something costs and what it's expected to return.
The people who do the work.
The people who scope your engagement are the people who deliver it. This is them.
